Advantages in Owning Orlando Real Estate

Orlando Florida Courthouse
The New Courthouse is a 24 story tower housing 52 courtrooms and tiptoeing slightly taller than the Bank of America Center across the street. The courthouse has two mirror-image buildings for the State Attorney and Public Defender's offices, an energy plant and a parking garage for visitors is built to withstand 1,500 cars on any given day of the week. The Courthouse complex fills the entire block between Orange and Magnolia Avenues and Amelia and Livingston Streets, and is convenient for Orlando real estate owners to access whenever they need to.

Orlando Transportation
The Downtown Transit System has sleek, environmentally-friendly vehicles. The buses have routes that include stops at the Orlando Centroplex, the new Courthouse, the Post Office, the Orlando Public Library, City Hall and shopping areas. This is extremely convenient for Orlando real estate owners to take, and in many cases, been a life-saver for commuters. The city prides itself on coming up with new, innovative ways to assist real estate owners, and visitors, with traveling within the city.
